Think of a box, breathing as a SQUARE.

All sides of a square are EVEN.

Each side is a breath, either inhale or exhale.

  1. Inhale for 4 seconds

  2. Hold for 4 seconds

  3. Exhale for 4 seconds

  4. Hold for 4 seconds

Do this 3 times and carry on.
