Mindset

Those in chronic pain are four times as likely to have depression or anxiety. Mental health is a vital part of a balanced life. When someone is in pain it may start as physical, but once it turns chronic it starts to affect one’s mental health.  Chronic pain affects every aspect of your life and those in your life. You lose energy, social functioning, motor function, temperament, you lose who you once were, and to get back to that person or a version of that person is going to take work.
